There is no competition with plasma. LCD has won the computer monitor war. LCD is better because it is smaller, lighter, gets higher resolutions, doesn’t have burn in and uses less power.
The break point is around 22 inches. You can get a lot of LCD monitors for under two hundred dollars if they are below twenty two inches in size. However, the price jumps quickly for monitors over twenty two inches. They price basically doubles for an extra couple inches. Our advice is to get a 21.5 inch LCD computer monitor. It’s the best value.
